Support the August Wilson Center

The Annual Fund supports the August Wilson Center's multidisciplinary programs and the individuals who, on a daily basis, work to carry out our mission. Our engaging artistic, cultural and educational programming takes place in Pittsburgh's Cultural District, at neighborhood theaters, in regional schools and in collaboration with numerous community venues throughout the year. The August Wilson Center's Gallery 209/9 provides an additional exhibition and educational programming space located at 209 Ninth Street in downtown Pittsburgh.

The August Wilson Center's programs thrill and enlighten people of all ages and backgrounds about the African American experience, people of African descent and the contributions they make to American culture. The Annual Fund is vital in supporting the community activities that make the August Wilson Center a valued addition to Western Pennsylvania's cultural landscape.
